The disc is stuck in this Sony MZH-NF800, and will not eject when the lid is open. Some time ago I read an article or message--probably in this forum in its earlier version--pertaining to another model with a similar problem--explaining basically how a unit in a certain mode 'locks' a disc, and what sequence of menu buttons need to be pushed to release it. Extensive searches of any such information have been in vain. (All I ever come across--and that rarely-- is advice push the stop button a few times, or to open the top of the unit. Even Sony doesn't seem to know about anything, based on (a) visiting their web site and doing support searches and ( talking to one of their 'analysts' in a live chat ("It $$ounds like your player need$ $$service. Here i$$ a li$$t of authorized dealer$$.") Before I invest in a set of little tiny screwdrivers, does anyone here happen what the aforementioned sequence might be? I'd like to try that first, if possible. . . .
