sorry if this has been brought up before, but I'm a little confused... so, if i put a regular MD (not a 1 GB HiMD) into a mz-nh900 unit for example, and format it to HiMD, will I be able to record in LP2 mode or only in HiSP and HiLP??? And if I can record in LP2, will the amount of time I can put on the MD change? (like in LP2, a 80 minutes MD holds 160 minutes, and here in the FAQ it says something about 4 hrs 50 min, but only by downloading) I'm very confused. Please help me if you understand me.

ok, that sounds worse than it is. You can do a finder search (cmd+f) for invisible files on a certain volume on os x, so there you'd find the deleted files. But the good part of your post is that it seems to work! So I'll go and get a MZ-NH900 now! Yippie...

Since some people say HiMDs work as mass storage devices on OS X and some say they don't, what I'd really like to hear from people who connected their Player to a Mac is, what happened? Did it work or not? Or maybe those of you who have access to a Mac, can you try this for the curious and tell your experiences here?
