i checked device manager and i didnt see anything then i restarted and i still didnt see anything here is the attached picture of what it says see what you think

ok i got it up and running , but i have ran into a snag when it gets ready to transfer on simpleburner 2.0 it says cd drive check has failed i have a cd in there and it even reads the songs could you help with that please i appreciate all the help i have got so far kurisu thank you

thanks anyways, but i already tried that several times and it didnt work im still stuck i dont even have soundstage on my computer all i want is simple burner to work that is it i dont even care about the sonicstage or the open mg jukebox or any of that cause i never use those if anyone has anymore suggestions please let me know thank you very much for your help

my simple burner 1.0 started acting funny last week it would start to transfer and get to 50% and then say recording session has stopped so then i put simple burner 2.0 on there and i cant even get it to open, it says something about a fatal error has occured so i uninstalled it and put simple burner 1.0 back on there now it comes up and recognizes the md player but it wont recognize the cd drives and when i close out the program it says som,ething about a memory error or when i go to open it it just says simple burner has encountered a problem and needs to close i am runnin xp pro with service pack 2, i have all the updates, and i have 512 ram with a 2.6g cpu i have tried everything there is to try with this and this is my last to see if someone on here can please help me i have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted the registry, and tried everything there is to be tried. i dont use sonic stage, although i have tried it and it works ok, and my open mg works ok too, but i dont use them cause you have to check in and out songs. i like it where you can just put a cd in and it copies it and your done and you can delete it later if you want without checking in and out songs on your pc if there is another program like this please let me know someone please help me with this so i dont go bonkers cause im half way there now your help will be much appreciated
