Thanks for the reply. So, am I limited to downloading music from the "Connect Music Store"? (sorry for the dumb questions)

Please Help! I am really getting frustrated. I have a sony MZ-NF520D and i'm running ss2.2.00.0920. I bought some music from walmart using windows media player. I was able to import the music (.wma) into ss but when i try to play the songs via ss i get an error "There is invalid rights management information in the openMG content". When i try to 'convert format' or transfer the song to my unit i get an error "Unable to convert copyright protected content". When i look at the license info in media player, it says the song can be burned 10 or more times and the file can be sychronized an unlimited number of times. I don't get it. I've tryed everything i know of to no avail. Thanks for the help!
