  1. Thanks for your help i was able to transfer files to my md using the above recommendation. I would now like to be able to transfer these files from my MD to my library. I attempted to perform this by clicking on a single file and choosing transfer to my Library from the drop down list, the transfer seemed to take place yet I am unable to locate the file in My Library. So the file is no longer on my MD and seemingly nowhere on my hard drive.
  2. I did in fact uninstall and re-install the software as per the instructions above. I followed the instructions as closely as possible though they were somewhat general. I am still experiencing the same issues as before with the same files as before. I was able to import about 90% of my audio files but for no reason what so ever 10% of the files cause the omjgbox.exe error. these files are all mp3's all created and converted the same way as the files that did import successfully. My appeal is for either a concrete sollution to my problem (does anyone understand why only these few files are effected?) or another option to transfer audio files to my md-walkman. Is there really no other program avalible? Sadly my model has no line-in port only usb...thanks for your assistance. S.
  3. it seems i still suffer from the same errors i encountered before installing xp service pack 2. When attmpting to imoprt certain files the program crashes because of the omgjbox.exe error. service pack 2 did not solve this error. i can import some files and not others of the same file type and similar size. i would love to unistall sonicstage and use any other transfer meathod if i knew what else was available for me. I use a sony netmd mz-ne410 and/or fix the sonicstage somehow to prevent this irritation. s. p.s. for some reason the sony support doesn't seem to have any...support nor does connect.
