hi, ive tried all the reinstallation procedures in the FAQ's and upgraded to SP2 but still i cant seem to use my sonic stage software properly. The problem is i cant convert my cd's into atrac formats, my pc seems to restart after a few seconds of conversion and then tells me that my pc has just recovered from a serious error with the following files missing or corrupt WERcd9d.dir00\Mini031105-01.dmp WERcd9d.dir00\sysdata.xml can anyone help me, im getting sooo frustrated with my minidisk.. thanks
