Thanks to all for the help Now I can say I’m a proud owner of an ipod 80 GB..... Apple products are gay and for gay people.... so I think im gay now jejejej (Just joking) This ipod is so nice I was thinking my mznh 700 haves a great sound but this ipod have a super notorious quality Ipod not equalized sounds really better than my md fully tricked and equalized This using non compressed wav file Thanks again for the help and you can now close, burn, eradicate or what ever admins use to do on a happy post endings Salutes

I’m owner of a beautiful mz nh700 and I just love it But now I want something new. At first I was going blind for an Rh1 just because it looks like something you must have after an nh700 . In the past I have been an ipod hater just for being an apple product but some doubts attack me on the way. Reading posts and some very light player comparisons. The facts to keep in mind for helping me to decide are: 1- The most important of all to me is sound quality - Some users say ipod have a better sound quality and to my amusement this was said by advanced md users of this very forum . So one more reason to feed my painful doubts. -The phones for my next player are going to be er6i or something in that level 2- The use I have given to my actual hi-md has been just for playing my music and never for a serious recording (just testing when bored) 3- The knowledge I have about ipod is equal to cero (just once I had one in my hands for about 1 minute) -Don’t know for sure the number of the last ipod generation... some store in here are saying they sell a 6gen 30 GB ipod but think they are wrong. -if ipod is the way to go I think 30 GB is the right for me.. But don’t know the gen number to buy and I’m afraid to get a dog by a cat. And is there a way to easily recognize the generation of an ipod.. I mean is written in the box or something 4- The amount of my total music collection is not precisely huge and I tend to listen just one artist for about a month or less before changing it to the next 5- I know ipod can reproduce videos but this is not important to me.. Just concern about sound quality and on a second place it sound nice to have some extra space to put music on 6- I put the player on a heavy daily use.. Something like 5 hours a day 365 days per year After saying all that I ask for help on deciding the right player for me….. and I really mean it (I fell Lost) Thanks in advance added 22-11-2006 : Another important thing I just read about Ipod don’t have custom EQ…… what about that?….. Are presets enough to fit the ears of exquisite users? I mean you are on a complete mercy of presets

Hello to all md enthusiastic Shure e2 / etymotic Er6 / etymotic 6i isolator The thing is I’m in the need of a great in-ear phones and those three mentioned are just the right thing to my wallet (so cant spend $499 on the advanced shure model) and have read a lot that this phones are one of the greatest in the universe for this range of money So after poorly expressing my self in English I ask for some advanced and full of knowledge sound user or some sound engineer or someone like that. To give me a purely tech based facts to choose the best phone between this three mentioned.
