  1. Mine came in yesterday. It's much smaller than I had thought it would be. I like it.
  2. Email sent. Thanks for giving us the chance to join in on this deal!
  3. I'd be interested in one. I don't post here much, but I'm active on the T-Board -- learned about this from a post TBR made there.
  4. Just about finished with- Virgin Black: Requiem (Mezzo Forte)
  5. Dang, it's nice to see everyone here! Guess I'm not the only MDCF lurker who usually hangs out at the T-Board. Oh, and -- Hi Ray! *waves*
  6. If Sony made a Hi-MD deck, I would buy it. It wouldn't need to be a pro deck, either. Just a regular run-of-the-mill deck would be fine. I think Sony should make a car unit, but I probably wouldn't buy one. My truck is too old and the speakers are too poor for it to be worth it to me. I'm satisfied with my NE410 or NH700 plugged into the AUX IN.
  7. Well, I just read my copy of Kurisu's email. I had already read an excerpt of it on the T-Board so I knew what it was going to say, but somehow seeing it in my own inbox had more impact. I've never been an active poster on this board, although I come over to read it every now and then. All I can say is, if Sony really is going to kill off Minidisc once and for all, I hope blank discs will still be available for a long time to come. I have quite a few MD units, and I intend to keep using them until they are all dead. I have loved Minidisc since I bought my first equipment in 1999, and I can't imagine any other format that could offer the same combination of benefits that Minidisc does.
  8. Did you try ejecting and reinserting the disc while the recorder is connected to the computer? Sometimes SS seems to have problems recognizing a disc that was in the recorder before it was attached to the computer.
