Hi Phil, No error message. It begins the transfer then refreshes as if it is completes (no sound though as you would expect with a successful transfer.) Very bizarre. I think I have isolated the problem to the SS 4.2 on my desktop since the transfer of the same files work fine on my lap top. Jim

Hey there, I own an RH1 and use SS4.2. Everything was great up untill about a week ago. Now, uploading no longer works. I can transfer from the data base to a disc and the same file back. But I can't upload stuff I recorded. I am pretty sure that it is software related because I also run SS on my laptop and the transfer works fine. Any ideas??? I would prefer not reloading SS because then there are issues with my NW-HD3 being recognized by the re-installed software.
