I have a Sony MZ-N10 MD and AT Mics and have gone through all of the internal settings several times and it is not recording anything above 5k. Was first noticed in live recordings and I compared white noise recordings with a Sony MZ-R70. Same mics, same media etc but still a 5 k rolloff as measured in Sound Forge and the roll off is easily noticed by casual listeners. Again, all settings were double and triple checked by more that one person. Just a bad unit? Any ideas? Thanks.
