The Low Volta, tried it, did all their steps, didn't help Kontraxe, where can I download CSREPAIR.EXE???

Whenever I try and open sonicstage 3.1, it says 'updating sonicstage database, sonicstage will be restarted after the updating is complete' and when i hit 'ok', it says 'comverting sonicstage databases' for 1 second, then exited itself. I have uninstalled it correctly, and renstalled it, and it still does not work, cant anyone help? Also my sonicstage system information restore tool cannot conect to the internet
