Elisa : I'm also having the exact same problem on my MD player, model MZ-NH600D..and so far, nothing is working. However, I've done a System Restore recently..and didn't save any music files on my computer since I store them on my MD. I'm wondering if that could be the reason why my SonicStage 2.0 isn't recognizing my MD? Ask your son if he's recently done something to his computer as well...and I hope we can get this fixed
