  1. I have to delete all my tracks on my NW-HD1 because I didn't authorize the Walkman before I start transfer tracks to it. But IF I now delete all tracks and authorize BEFORE I start to fill it with music again is it then possible to use more than one computer? If it is, what exactly is it I have to do? I don't wanna be in this situation again just because i change computer... Thanks for all help!

    Authorizate?

I have to delete all my tracks on my NW-HD1 because I didn't authorizate the Walkman before I start transfer tracks to it. But IF I now delete all tracks and authorizate BEFORE I start to fill it with music again is it then possible to use more than one computer? If it is, what exactly is it I have to do? 3. Ye, unfortunately I think that it's the only way... But isn't there any way to keep the tracks fron the HDD? Like copy to another HD Walkmen or to a computer? Thanks!
  4. No, and another strange thing here is that both the "authorizate- and de-authorizate button" is grey/unclickable and this message appears: "The device is not authorizated with the music service. from this computer, all the tracks on the ATRAC HDD must be deleted."
  5. Have been away for a couple of days... I had the same problem with the same error message after a reinstallation of Windows and then the System Information Restore Tool fix it so I didn't need to delete all the old tracks. Thats the reason that I think it may help even this time... BUT the program still can't connect to the internet, I have pull down the firewall and reinstall the Restore Tool but with no difference... Do you have any more tips that you think might work..? Thanks for all help! I really don't want to delete 15GB music from my Walkman (I have the HD1 btw...)
  6. Hmm... I don't think I'm behind a firewall but how do you mean to enable it manually? The only Ojbsir i find is the green icon in C/Program/Sony/SonicStage. I really appreciate your help!
  7. The main problem from the beginning is that this message appears when I try to transfer tracks from My Library in SonicStage to my Network Walkmen: "Cannot transfer from this computer because the ATRAC Audio Device contains tracks from another computer. All the tracks on the ATRAC Audio Device must be deleted before tracks can be transferred from this computer. If you authorize the ATRAC Audio Device, you will also be able to transfer tracks from other authorized computers." ...and i heard that the System Information Restore Tool solve this problem. Do you know if it's true? Thanks!
  8. Thanks! Now I find it but it says "Cannot connect to the internet" even if I'm online..? Is this a kind of bug?
  9. I need to use the System Information Restore Tool in SonicStage 3.1 but I can't find the function. Where in the program is it? Thanks!
