I apologize if this was asked before. I would like to know is how does transfer of mp3 to mz-nh600 reflects on sound quality? I realize there are several atrac formats so i wonder which one is closest to original mp3 i'm transferring. How much time does it actually take to convert mp3's (ex. 4 Mb mp3) on my PC running on 900MHz and 256Mb? There is a unit in my local shop available with a dropped price of 50% so i would like to know is it worth of getting one considering the fact i only preffer mp3's and i will be forced to convert them all with SS?

I have mz-r700 and it's dedicated remote (RM-MZ4R). If I try to use it on mz-rh910 will it give full functionality or won't function at all? This new remote looks like a toy comparing to the old remotes.

So, let me see if I got this right; I have downloaded the service manual for dh10p and have seen the procedure for changing destination code as follows: 1. Enter the test mode 2. Press the Vol+ key to enter the Manual mode 3. Press the FF key five time to select the item number 0113 and display follows the line 113 DistFl with two hexadecimal values that I need to change 4. Press the Vol+/- key and set the according value: US - 28 AEP and UK - A0 Chinese and Tourist - 24 5. Press the joystick with function Play pause and enter to write the adjusted value 6. Press the stop key four times to go back to test mode Is this right (looks like the exact procedure for RH10/910)? Which destination code i should choose if i buy european model? How do i enter service mode since i haven't seen this in the service manual (is it the same for all models)? Item number 0114 is mentioned - should i change this also to 80 as mentioned? At the end i have to take out the battery? What i gane or loose if choosing 24 and what with 28 value?

I have absolutely no experience with Hi-MD technology or Net-MD because so far I am a user of R-700 model. I am very interested in this editing possibilities. Please explain this for me about editing functiones.

I'm interested in one more thing; can I edit tracks on md on the way to delete them, create new groups or delete them, move tracks from one group to another, renaming...? Can i do that on md itself or i can do that by using Sonicstage? Is it possible to edit songs even after i transfer tracks from pc to md with Ss or md alone? Can i delete songs with md without using Ss?

Can anyone help me? I found everything about hacking rh10 and 910 but nothing of a sort about dh10p. Is there a way, if so, please show me how from Your personal experience. Thank you.

Then maybe you could at least answer me some questiones, please. The one i asked at first still stands; how does the battery behave (in accordance to the manual), how long does it take to download mp3's (ex. 100Mb), isthere any sound difference between mp3 on pc and md, is there a hack for european headphone output and equalizer? What do You think about it in general, is it worth all that money?

Has anyone any experience with this device? I can't find any decent review about it. Any user experienced coment will do. Something about it's battery life when using mp3's, functionality in general, is there a hack for headphone output and volume restriction, ... It's a thing of beauty opposite to other hi-md models but the lack of line-in and some missing edit functions confuse me and makes me wonder is it worth all that money? Please, can anyone help me, someone who has the unit or knows someone that does? Thanx!
