Is there a way to make a battery box? I know it is like 9v right? so is there a way to use a 9v battery and make one?

I am on a very limited budget being a broke ass musician (trumpet player) I just want to use my MD to record practice sessions and occasional live concerts (orchestras and solo recitals) I know this is a very cheap mic, but the specs look decent. I was reading through some other posts and the specs look alot like the panasonic sepcs posted by a440.
