  1. Hi, That totally solved the problem! And there was a load of WAV's waiting for me at the end of the rainbow. Thanks for your help!
  2. Hi, I'm pretty new to using Sonic Stage, and my needs are very basic. What I'm doing is taking interviews I recorded with my MZ-RH10, and using Sonic Stage to put them into a format on my computer so that I can listen to them and transcribe them. MP3 is the most convenient format, because the files take up relatively little space and I can easily load them onto my ipod when I want to work from there. Here's the issue/question: after Sonic Stage has finished transfering my file from minidisc player, it automatically SEEMS to convert the files to WAV format -- I'm guessing this because a little window pops up that says "saving (or converting) to WAV". My problem is that I can't figure out where those supposed WAV format files are. The files that are listed in the Sonic Stage window under "My Library" after the whole process is done are .oma files (that's what it says when I right-click on then). So my question is, if WAV files automatically get created, where do they go -- what folder, etc.? What I'm having to do now is convert each .oma individually to WAV (and then I convert them in batches to mp3 using Fairstars) -- I can keep doing that, but if the WAV's are getting created automatically every time I transfer from minidisc, it would save some time to be able to find them rather than individually convert each one. Any help would be much appreciated -- Lara
