I went through all of the procedures and found out I'm still eligible to exchange it. But it doesn't tell me if I can exchange it anywhere or if I have to go back to the dealer. I bought this online so it would be a hassle to send it away again.

There's really not much I can do huh? I've talked to an official Sony technician and I got the worst service possible from that guy. He said there's no way they'll fix it if there reported problems to Sony that this may be a factory defect. So I'm gonna post this problem on the sony web site right now!

Hi everybody, I have a mzrh10 and when I go to enter the Alphabet list to type the title of something, I can't see 3 characters to the right of the list. I have to move into the unknown area to the right of the list, just to get the following 3 characters of that row. Does anyone know how to configure this so every character shows up on the viewable screen?
