is there something i can do within the program... i shoulda stuck wid iriver

bleh i really dont wanna re rip.. i know the music format has to be atrac3. i tried to convert all my songs to atrac3. sometimes i could convert them and transfer them to the md player, sometimes i could convert them and NOT transfer them to the md player, and sometimes (mostly) i couldnt convert them at all because of "doesnt support the file format or is copyrighted" error. i tried to fix this problem for several hours yesterday and was readin these forums n stuff but i dont know what the problem is

man im so frikken annoyed. i installed sonicstage software to 3.2 n imported all my songs, connected the md player mz-n1 to the pc n tried to transfer my songs. for SOME reason, some get transfered, but most do not. some error comes up like "doesnt support the file format or is copyrighted" but all of my songs arent protected by copyright (except for one album, which i accidently had copyright protected when i ripped). so does this mean all of my songs have messed up formats or what? what the heck do i need to do to TRANSFER MY FRIKKEN SONGS???? @!*(#^B(@*^#BC(@#C btw, i got all my songs on the pc already n dont wanna use that simple burner program. i wanna figure out wut THIS problem is n do it this way. could anyone help me?
