Update: I re-installed SS3.2 according to "How to properly reinstall NetMD/Hi-MD" on this site. Despite being unable to delete some .dll files from "Program Files/Sony/Sonicstage" the installation has been 100% successful. Have just burnt audio cd of microphone recordings made on NH900. I run XP professional + service pack 2 on acer travelmate 4152lci. Good Luck.

have had the same problem since yesterday.am using mz-nh900. goes through the motions. no prompt for wave conversion. no transfer. analogue recordings made with ecm-ms957 are still on hi md, fortunately. it has worked 100% with ss3.2.
