oh yeah, recording ain't really important to me either

the hi-md seems good for carrying around a day's worth of music or so, which is what i'm leaning towards. if i get a hi-md player, is there a car stereo taht plays them? or is that a lame question?

I'm going to be buying a minidisc player/recorder in the very near future. Is it really worth getting HI-MD or is it wiser to buy and old school MD off of ebay for cheap? I'm basically going to be using it for about 4 hours a day at work and at my apartment from time to time. What do you guys reccomend.
