Hi, I bought a few weeks ago a minidisc player Sony MZ-NH10. It has a microphone plug powered and I use for my recordings the Sony ECM-DS70P. I used it for several days without any problem. The recorded minidiscs were perfectly readable... But since a few days, I can't record anymore. Actually, I can record but when I try to read the minidisc, there is nothing on it. More precisely, while recording, I can see the counter increasing. If I pause the recording, the track number increases as well. When I stop it, the lcd screen says "Data Save" (i.e. it transfers the data from the buffer to the minidisc) and "TOC Edit". Then when I try to read the content, it takes a long time (about 5 seconds) to begins. And I can't hear any song in the headphones. After 5 seconds, the reading pauses and restart a few seconds after. If I remove the minidisc and reinsert it in the player, it then says it is a blank disc. I can't understand what happened. I think the problem comes from the reading more than the recording step. Because I had a minidisc I had already read in the player without any problem which became blank after the problem appeared. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I use the recorder for my trip in China and I'd like to use it before I leave. Thanks. Remi.
