  1. I bought a Hi-MD to record my DJ sets. The idea being is that I record the whole set and the upload the recording to my PC so that I can convert into wav and do various post production edits. I then split the recording into smaller wav files (i.e. each track) so that I can burn onto a CD. With my CD burning software I can burn the tracks onto the CD so that they appear as one long track but still enable the FWD:RWD between tracks (in effect I remove the 2 second gap normally found between tracks on a CD). Think of it as one long track with bookmarks at each track. The problem arises when I want to load the "CD" back onto my Hi-MD using the wav files (that I optimized to Atrac3+). The upload is succesful, however when I playback there is a small gap between each track. Its annonying as the recording should be one continuos mix (with track markers). If I do this type of editing on the Hi-MD unit itself (i.e. make a long recording and "split" at tracks) this doesn't happen. Also on the burned CD using the same wav files this doesn't happen. I do think its got something to do with the Sonic Stage upload process. I don't remember this problem being on my MZ-N1 but on my MZ-RH10 it bloody annonying. Can anyone shed any light here? thanks in advance
