Hi to all! I have the same problem. I just aquired my Sony MP3 player today. I have dowloaded the Open MG secure module program from but unfortunately, when I try to install instashield or setup.exe, an error dialogue box will say that it cannot access my %userprofile%\startmenu\programs\ . Do you have any clue? Would appreciate your help! Thanks Mitchelle
