I recently purchased NW E-507 and have installed Sonic Stage 3.4. Have a couple of questions - 1. I tried converting 128 kbps MP3 files to 64 kbps Atrac3Plus before transferring (using Transfer settings) onto the player. However, these files do not play. Any ideas as to why this is happenning? 2. On extension to the previous question, if I use the option of converting the format before transfer, I find that the converted file is available in 'Optimised Files' folder under My Packages but the same cannot be seen in 'My Library' view. Why is this happening? 3. Sony Connect facility is not available in my region as a result of which I am not able to authorise the device and the message keeps popping up whenever I connect the player and this restricts me to transferring ATRAC tracks from one computer only. Is there a way out of this problem?
