Opps... the non-unicode should be set to English otherwise it won't work. Kinda of sucks since that means I lose chinese ability for other programs

The change in regedit value seems to work for me... Im using SS3.2 US Verison... Changed the regedit value and used the Microsoft Applocale... also my regional settings is set to use Chinese(Taiwan) for non-unicode... but not sure if that makes a difference. Will make another post if I encounter problems
