I'm trying to install the Chinese version of MP3 File Manager so it can recognize Chinese file names and paths, but I can't even get the installer to recognize my portable audio device, the NW-E405. I've tried formatting the player, changing the firmware to English 2.0 and Japanese 2.0, and the installer still doesn't recognize the device. Even the English installer with English firmware doesn't pass recognition. Can someone help? I'd really appreciate it.

I've seen Titling Your ATRAC music tracks In Japanese/Chinese/Korean, and have successfully titled tracks in all 3 of those languages. But what about other languages, in particular, Thai? What's the AreaCode value in the registry for Thai? If nobody knows, how did Ishiyoshi (or anyone) discover the AreaCode values for Japanese/Chinese/Korean? I'm interested in the process. If from the installations of those respective versions, do you think the Asia-Pacific version would allow me to input Thai? What's the AreaCode value of the Asia-Pacific version? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
