yes... the player c/w FM ...so the model should be NW-E005F.... why ???

yes.. i run it from C:\FWUP .and my player is just format (use the fotmat menu in the player..) yes... try all usb port ... and also try on another pc.... also same problem... maybe this firmware is not "compatible" with player sold in malaysia?

hi.. my player firmware ver is 1.0, when i try to update to 2.0, come out a error measage: "No device to be updated is connected currently. Connect the device to update before proceeding" but i already connected it to pc and also can transfer song with Sonic Stage 4.0.... and i also close all program b4 i run the update... so can anyone help?? thanks... (i'm using windows XP sp2)
