I've recently formatted, so it's a clean install, I installed SS 3.3 because 3.2 is now longer on their server, also I don't see the 3.2 full installer for download anymore...I downloaded the SS 3.3 Canadian (I'm in Canada) version from the US site, I tried the full installer here, I even tried the Europe version, all get the same error. I have a MZ-NF610, and when I try to transfer a song to my Net MD I get this error message, "Transfers not allowed". WTF! It happens no matter what version I use. I mean I had problems with almost all the upgrades, before I formatted I had a ffdshow issue, which I will never install again, and now this? I'm getting really pissed at Sony's shitty programming, it's not stable enough and is prone to getting errors and conflicts. I've tried to transfer many songs, all mp3's (128,192,320kbps), all the same message. I've tried uninstalling, deleting folders, deleting registries, and then reinstalling again...3 times and still the same problem...last night I was so frustrated that I whipped out the ol' SS 1.5 CD and installed it, and guess what it worked! I'm considering just using the old SS 1.5, unless there are any errors I see or any downsides you guys may know about SS 1.5 . Sonic Stage v3.3 error message:

I've been experiencing problems trying to transfer songs to my MD, I get that error everyone gets with ffdshow. I've already tried what ppl have said; - uninstall ffdshow, registeries,etc. - or disable mp3 in ffdshow audio I've also tried uninstalling SS, and restarting. Still no luck. I don't wanna have to format again, did so last month cuz of this problem...reason I installed ffdshow was to get a free h264 codec...btw (it's the CCCP that I installed)
