What can I say? We are living in a world where sales and marketing specialists play their own game, changing the rules according to their up-to-date point of view. SONY have spent a lot of money into MD technology investigation, and now seem to give it all up considering MD not to be profitable today. Take a look at any consumer electronics forum - you will see how many people are disappointed with the marketing policy of well-known manufacturers. Do they take care of interests of the customers? I don't think so.
