They work with the rh10? Can I get them at a place like radioshack? Is the battery life any longer/shorter with them?

I'm pretty sure you can upload them from your 600D if you are using SonicStage 3.4.

3rd gen is here and glad to see himd still alive. But the lack of a jog dial and only a one line display (really what was sony thinking?) is a step backwards and I'll stick with my new rh10. How about you?

Anyone else think a one line display is stupid? I mean, why go backwards after having a 6 line display with the rh10? Heck I don't even see a jog dial, sony could've done much better with this one.

Hmm...I gotta wonder why sony decided on a one line display? The 6 liner on the rh10 is absolutely beautiful, why make it so much smaller?

Ok, say my rh10 has 3/4 or 1/2 battery life left, is it safe to charge it up to get it back to full? Specifically using my computer's usb port.

Alright! HiMD is alive! I won't be purchasing since I just got my rh10, but glad to see it is still going strong.

It is a reformated HiMD disk (300MB). I currently have SS 2.0, guess it is time to upgrade. Thanks.

Ok I have an MD with a very loose metal plate on it. After taking it out of my md player, it is not even shifted back to its original position. I fear it will soon break off. Is there a way to transfer an MD to an MD?

8... I thought the thing would atleast get around 20 with only the NiMH, guess I will have to hook up the AA battery attachment when my rh10 arrives.

That's all? Are NiMH batteries really that bad on their own? Does the AA battery case make the unit look bulky, anyone got a pic with the rh10 along with the battery case?

How long is the RH10 battery life at 48kbps without a AA battery. All I can seem to find is 33hrs with a combination of a NiMH and AA.

Called back cause I got an email saying they got an estimate and to call in to pay. I was confused because I already payed. I called, they said it was an error and that they were gonna ship my rh910 today. I then asked if I can check one more model (rh10), she said they are in stock and they will send it instead of the rh910. This is awesome, I just hope it doesn't scratch as easily as I've been hearing, as that sounds like the only flaw.

Seeing as my other thread isn't getting much attention because people don't know I've asked this, I think I'll just do it here in a new thread. If a Mod feels this is unecessary feel free to lock it. Ok to make a long story short I exchanged my 600d and I'm getting a rh910 from sony. My question is will it come with the necessary gumstick niMH battery? I just want to make sure the exchange program sends you it with all the accessories and not just a plain unit. I'm recieving a refurbished model if that makes any difference.

UPDATE I'm psyched, I called and they are shipping the MZRH910 for only 30 bucks! I had a choice between that or my regular 600D, obviously I chose the 910. During the call she said "We have your unit in stock and will ship it for 30.74." Then I ask if any other units were available, asking for the nh700, 800, and 900, none of which were in stock. So then I asked for the rh910 and she said they have it and there is no price increase. I'm psyched, can't wait for it. And one question, will sony ship the niMH battery with it?

I'll keep everyone posted on whats happening. I just shipped it out today. I emailed sony and they said once they recieve my 600D, they will call me and tell me my exchange options. Crossing my fingers for the nh900.

Both the 600 and 600D have remote ports.

I'm hoping for the nh900, it looks sweet. The nh1 looks nice, but I prefer being able to have a full screen on the unit so I don't have to always use my remote.
