audioed

I am using mz-m10 hi md. Analog recordings will not be transfered to library. The progress bar goes through it's cycle, it says loading, then 100% and nothing shows up in "My Library". I was able to do this once before, and then the problem was Wav converter telling me I did not have the latest version of sonic stage. I have 3.2. Please help. I am considering sending this back and going with an MP3 recorder. THis is ridiculous.
