  1. I hope someone can help with this as it's driving me nuts! I have three pcs, two of which are laptops and I have no problems at all with SonicStage 3.2 on either of these. They will convert and transfer mp3s with no problems at all. However, the same cannot be said of my desktop pc. From the moment I installed SonicStage I had problems. Every time I attempt to transfer any music file at all I get the error message "Cannot convert the specified track. SonicStage does not support the file format of the track or the track is protected by copyright." The same tracks transfer ok on the other two machines so it's not a problem with the tracks themselves. I've done a completely clean reinstall following the instructions given elsewhere in the forum and it still does the same. The player is a Sony MZ-NH600, all the pcs are running XP with SP2 installed and are all fully up to date with all patches etc installed. I've tried disabling anti-virus etc etc, but nothing works. Cananyone put me out of my misery? TIA Gordon
