There is clearly a serious problem with Sony products wonderful though they are in terms of the Hardware and design. There is clearly a problem with Sonicstage, it's very much hit and miss whether it continues to work once you've managed to start it up and it's ridiculously sluggish and there is no proper search facility allowing you to type in keywords. It's not satisfactory to blame this driver and that, I have never had any problems with iTunes! Sony need to look towards the wonderful simple yet reliable and responsive iTunes if they want an example of design and functionality! I have experienced HiMd, have a 1 gig mp3 player and was considering replacing my iPod with the new 30 gig sony mp4 player as I feel its a superior product. But no way Jose! Not until Sony sort out their incredibly crap software. On a more frivolour note Sony would sell more and be more popular if their products had easier more memorable names! Who the hell remembers or knows what a NHDW 54317 is ow whatever for christs sake!
