i uninstalled it and installed v3.1, which got it working...

hi, im trying to use sonic stage (3.2) with a nw-hd5. when i try transfer files over i get the message, 'The connected ATRAC Audio Device must be initialized to be used with the currently installed SonicStage.' i've re-installed following the instructions posted on this site with no luck. could anyone point me in the right direction as to how to get this resolved. thanks.
