Hey, i'm new! Anyway i used this hack on my European (UK) RH10 model, i know what you all mean about the hex number, i wasn't sure what to do, anyway i just used VOL- button and navigated through the hex numbers (im refering to the last two digits here!) until i got to "24" like it says on the guide, THIS WORKED! i have better volume and custome equiliser settings! Thanks for the hack! And i hope this helps anyone who hit a snag!
