I couldn't find the one they were talking about but I found one named "Ac3audio.ax" and I changed the file extension to "Ac3audio.bak" and it seemed to work for me, give it a try

I am having the same problem but I can't seem to find the "iviaudio.ax" file you mentioned. You said it was in the windows>system 32 folder? Please Help!
