Nope that didn't help. I just don't understand why it won't let me log in or view cart or Register. Something has to be wrong with the program.

Hi all, I am new and hope that someone can help me since SS support seems to not know what is going on. I have a Compaq computer (newer)and had to reformat my HD the other day. Since then I can not log in to sonic stage, it is telling me that I need to make sure I am connected to the internet. I am connected all the time by high speed. I have tried everything and can't figure it out. Please help. Thanks
