hi there - we purchased a sony md walkman mz n910 in the uk a few years ago when we were living there. now we have relocated to the us and are trying to transfer music to the dics but the device (though plugged in and charging) is not being recognized by sonic stage. i have seen different versions of sonic stage but shouldn't the device we have work with the software we have? could the device not be recognized because of the voltage difference? any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. kind regards jessica we have xp operating system and are running the newest version of sonic stage and all drivers dowloaded from the sony website
