I must thank you as well. I registered an account just to thank you. I did quite a bit of searching to find the solution. I recently had to reformat and I updated from 2.0 to 3.4 and I started having this problem. Worse yet, when I tried to go back to 2.0 the problem persisted. What the hell is this file for? Why don't they fix it. Thanks again.
