I might be in the wrong forum...please bear with me. I sold my MD (Sony MZ-R500) to a friend. He has two others and likes to record from satellite radio. He has tried recording using an analog cable and the manual recording mode, but the resulting sound levels are ridiculously low (I guess not enough signal production?). Anything he can do to fix before he returns it to me (is the unit damaged also?)?
