Hi I'm in desperate need of help. I purchased a Sony Network walkman NW-E405 today, I've installed the software (version 3.0) but when I connect my MP3 player to the pc the software does not see it. Please can anyone help before I take it back as I've been up for hours installing and unistalling it and other versions from Sonys website. Many Thanks
