a tiny problem. almost SONY MD players (from R900 TO N10 as I known) have this typical problem. to solve is easy. you have to find some brass wires, make sure it's enough long (about 8CM ) and soft ，then find electric iron; use the brass wires insead of the ribbon cable to dilivery the data. the soft wire will make sure the moving head action no long a threat.
