Hello ladies and gentlemen of the Minidisc Community Forums. My friend and I are hoping that you can help us out a bit. My old songwriting partner find ourselves seperated by about 1600 miles and have been itching to get back into musical collaboration. We're considering buying minidisc player/recorders and using them to ship song ideas back and forth, either by electronic or snail mail. Here's what we'd like: *A Minidisc player that interfaces with a PC, preferably by USB; *A Minidisc player with a microphone input and recording capabilities (does not have to be super high-fidelity); **PIPE DREAM** An MD player that I can plug my acoustic/electric guitar directly into. I wish I could say that price is no object, but the device can't be too terribly expensive. Used and Ebay are perfectly acceptable.
