My version is 2.0l. Ive tried to download 4.0 from this site but I get this message: Hope someone can show me how to get round this.

I have come to loathe my HiMD Walkman with a passion. a. The controls are fiddly and confusing b. Sonicstage continually stops working and yes, I ran it as administrator c. I tried to drop and drag from my music files. The walkman tells me no track, yet my computer tells me the tracks are there. d. Looks like the only way I can get things recorded is using Simple burner and a cd. e. grrrrrr

I've just installed and am having the same problem as an earlier (October) post. I've tried Run as administrator, but to no avail. Any suggestions, please?

Some months ago my NH600 was working fine, though a scan found a trojan which, on investigation, appears to have gotten in through Gracenote. Since then, I've had to re-install and lost that information. Do I have anything to worry about? David

Wish I'd known that before I tried to use the CD that came with my MX NH600. I had huge problems, my computer frozw, I kept getting HD simple burner error messages etc etc so I decided I just wouldn't use it at all. Glad I saw your post and the excellent and helpful response. David Hello, I recently purchased a HiMD Walkman MZ-NH900. The seller said not to install the disc in the box but to go online and download the latest software. I have spent 2 hours on your site and am utterly frustrated (yes, there were tears). Do I need Goconnect or something burner, installer, renderer or just 3.3 (JEB3.3 or Asica-Pacific SonicStage)? Yes I have read the FAQ page but didn't find the answer. I have never used a minidisc. I think there needs to be a novice page for the 3.3. ( searched newby, newbie and novice). Please, may I ask you a favour? Would you please tell me what to install? I am in Austrtalia. I have a HiMD Walkman MZ-NH900. I wish to do voice recordings with the best quality possible, transfer to PC (WIndows XP Professional 2002, Pentium 3, 224 MB RAM, USB interface unknown), edit out mistakes, burn onto CD, then play in a regular CD player (CD-RW). VirusScan, C-Media mixer, OpenOffice quickstarter and Windows Messaging are always running - I do not know how to shut them down as the Startup menu says empty. Many thanks. I'm attempting to install my MZ-NH-1600 recorder but get a message that the software has not passed Windows Logo Testing. Can I get round this or do I need new softwear?

I'm trying to record some LPs to my Walkman minidisc. I'm using a line cable from the headphone jack [all that my player has].I'm in HI-MD, Hi-LP mode with ALVS off. I've tried various sound level s but always the recorded sound has a distinctly tinny, thin quality, nothing like what's coming from the LP. Is there anything I can do to improve the sound quality? Your advice will be much appreciated.
