  1. Hi raintheory Oddly enough that was one of my first thoughts when it first did it - I put all the tracks into one group (group 2 as it happens) and the same thing happened - I will add at this point that I am very new to HiMD having used my old R501 recorder for years, and found the "real time" upload to be a pain in the rear, plus having to 'cut' the track using a wave editor when dealing with a concert recording. I have only had up to now the directions given with the manual for Sonic Stage, which are sorely lacking as we all know. I'm sure I have already done the spirit of your suggestion and am still stuffed - would you have any further suggestions/observations that will help? thanks Russ
  2. Hi everyone I'm new to this forum so I hope you will forgive me if this problem has been answered in the past............ Whenever I record a live concert on my NH600, I use a 1gb disk in HiSp mode, and start the recorder before I enter and shut it down when I leave the venue. Because of the lulls in sound before, during and after the gig the unit adds in it's own track marks - I have no problem with this by the way.... My problem is this - I add my own track marks to the music that I have recorded and delete unwanted marks using the '600 as required, taking note of the track numbers where the content is that I want, and basically ignore the marks before and after the gig. When I hook the 600 to my PC and Sonic Stage (ver 3.4) uploads the track list from the minidisc, I highlight the range of tracks that I want and transfer them. "So what's the problem" you are all saying? Well it's this - no matter what the track numbers are on the minidisc, it will upload them into the library numbering them starting from 1 - no argument with that either, except that the tracks are not numbered sequentially according to content anymore - the content of the minidisc is jumbled around by Sonic Stage and the tracks are now completely out of the order of the live gig. This order seems to be totally random as well, making it tedious to sort out and re-order the tracks so that it can be burnt to CD for convenient listening without track breaks on the CD copy. Anyone else experienced this, and maybe have a solution for me? Thanks very much
