Hi, First post, newbie here. The recorder is MZ-M10 (RH910?). For a .wav recording of 61:20, 620.1MB (speech), Mac is about twice as fast as PC. Is that normal? Why is PC so slow? Did I forget any settings? Here's the details: File: 61:20 speech, 620.1MB .wav format Mac: Powerbook 1.5GHz Mac OSX 10.4 running Sony's Hi-MD Wave Importer PC: Dell B130 Pentium M 1.73GHz Windows XP running SonicStage 3.4 The same file took 15 minutes to transfer to Mac, but took 33 minutes to the PC. Is that normal? It seems like SonicStage downloaded the file first, then do some conversion though the download is set to "as is" and the conversion only took about 2 minutes. Wish Sony has the same Wave Importer for Windows. Anyone has similar experiences?
