I've not posted to this forum before, but I am a long user of MiniDisc and have learned much from visiting here. Thought I might give back a little. Shopping in K-Mart yesterday I saw a small emergency charger for cell phones hanging at the check-out. Having learned from this site that the RH1 uses the same plug and voltage as the Motorola Razr, I picked up the Razr charger for $19.99. It uses two AA Lithium batteries (included) to provide a charge to the cell phone, and also appears to work with the RH1 when I hooked it up. My battery indicator was at the blinking stage, and I plugged this unit in and the RH1 started charging and then shortly showed that remaining charge time was 15 minutes. I didn't have the time at that point to let it fully charge, but I'm glad to have a AA power source. It has a short jumper that goes from the jack on the battery pack to the USB port on the RH1. It worked best to plug the RH1 USB end in first, and then plug the mini plug into the battery pack. Otherwise the power wasn't always recognized as being there. If anyone sees any reason why this is not a workable solution, please let me know. For more information about this unit, visit the Energizer Energi To Go website. Be sure to spell it "energi" and not "energy" or you will end up at a New England Energy Group. Steve Pruitt
