The gaps occur with the same tracks over and over again, and the tracks that work always work...so I'm pretty sure its not a problem with the USB cord or Disc... I'm wondering could it be a problem with the format of the Mp3s that I'm trying to convert? Or the format of the files on the CDs that I'm trying to transfer?

Some of the tracks that I convert to Atrac3plus and upload from my computer to my MZ-NH900 using Sonicstage, have gaps in the tracks when I play them on my MD. However, when I play them on Sonicstage and on my computer they're fine. I've also tried ripping tracks directly from my CDs to the MD with MD Simple Burner but the same problem occurs. I'm also thinking of buying a PSP so I'd like to find out whats wrong before I decided to buy the PSP (which uses the same software and formats as MiniDisc Players). I apologize in advance if this is considered a software problem (I'm not sure if its a format problem or a software problem...)
