Hello, I need to record tracks from a Sony MZ-R700 to a Dell 9300 running windows xp. My laptop has a headphone jack and a mic jack. I had no problem doing analogue recordings on Windows 98 (headphone jack to mic jack)on a stand alone with a much older sound card. I used a mini to mini cable. Can any body step me through this??
