No one have any idea?

Hi guys. I've been using previous versions of SonicStage for a while and finally got round to download 4.0 yesterday. I uploaded many songs into the 'My Library' section and naturally went about putting them onto my MP3 Player (NW-A3000).Normally, this is straightforward, but it only allowed for me to click 'Transfer to ATRAC CD', and above that was a white space normally where 'Transfer to MP3 Player', or whatever it would say. When I click on it, it goes into the section but instead of loading the artists from the MP3 Player it says 'Device/Media not connected', when it actually is!I've no idea how to solve this and have uninstalled and re-installed a few times, to no resolve. Is there any solution to this? Any advice/help is greatly appreciated!
